✅ All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

✅ Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UAE public holidays.

✅ During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may experience slight delays. If this occurs, customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services throughout the UAE.

Standard Delivery

✅ Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery

✅ Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days (where available)

✅ Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery location and service selected.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including:

✅ Abu Dhabi

✅ Sharjah

✅ Ajman

✅ Ras Al Khaimah

✅ Fujairah

✅ Umm Al Quwain

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

✅ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS.

✅ Tracking information will be provided whenever available, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

✅ We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within the UAE.

✅ Please ensure that the correct payment amount is available at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

✅ Weather conditions

✅ Public holidays

✅ Courier service disruptions

✅ Unexpected logistical issues

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

✅ AriWex is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

✅ Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

✅ If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Deliveries

✅ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

✅ Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging may be required for verification.

Lost Shipments

✅ If your package is lost during transit, we will investigate the matter with our delivery partner.

✅ If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be offered where applicable.
